The IWT-G1 Gap gun is a rugged mechanical gun that alleviates the overheating problems commonly associated with solenoid gap systems. The G-1 is molded from fiber-reinforced plastic and is fully insulated. Standard economic 10mm collets are utilized for varying stud diameters. The ergonomic handle is designed to eliminate operator fatigue.

The G-1 is specifically designed to be easy to set up and use. An adjustable leg set allows for rapid changes of fastener length. Spring pressure is easily adjusted for fastener materials.
